These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and TUPOE Ltd, a company incorporated in the United Kingdom that operates the Glorify brand (“Glorify,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). They apply when you access or use Glorify websites, Glorify Ring, the Glorify app, accounts, support, firmware, software, Membership features, Voice Prayer Journal, content, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Privacy Policy explains how TUPOE Ltd and its affiliates and related entities operating the Glorify brand ("Glorify," "we," "us," or "our") collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you access or use Glorify services.

This Cookie Policy explains how Glorify (TUPOE Ltd and its affiliates, "Glorify," "we," "us," or "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on our website (glorify.global), in the Glorify app, and at our Shopify checkout. This Policy is part of and supplements the Glorify Privacy Policy. Terms used but not defined here have the meaning given in the Privacy Policy.

Important Notice: This Glorify Ring Deposit Pre-Order Agreement (this “Agreement”) applies when you pay a deposit to reserve a Glorify Ring or related accessory through a Glorify website, Glorify checkout, or another authorized Glorify sales channel for delivery in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, or Mexico. By paying the deposit, clicking an acknowledgement box, or otherwise completing deposit checkout, you agree to this Agreement and the country-specific disclosures presented to you.

These Terms of Sale ("Terms of Sale") govern the purchase of Glorify Ring hardware, accessories, and related commerce transactions through Glorify checkout. They supplement the Glorify Ring Terms of Service ("TOS"), which governs your use of the Services generally.

Important Notice: This policy applies after you receive your final Glorify Ring. Before final Ring shipment, the US $99 deposit pre-order, any remaining balance already paid, cancellation, and refund rights are governed by the Deposit Pre-Order Agreement. A timely pre-shipment cancellation receives a full refund of all amounts paid under that Agreement.
