Glorify Ring Deposit Pre-Order Acknowledgments

Customer Acknowledgments

By placing a deposit pre-order, you acknowledge and agree that:

1. Deposit Payment: You pay a US $99 deposit today to reserve one Glorify Ring. The US $99 payment is a deposit toward the total product price and is not the full price of the Ring.
2. Total Price: The Early Bird total product price is US $199, compared with the stated US $299 retail price. The US $99 deposit is applied to the US $199 total, leaving a US $100 product-price balance, plus applicable taxes, shipping, duties, import charges, and optional services disclosed before payment. The Early Bird total is locked for an accepted order that remains eligible and whose balance is paid on time.
3. Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due before delivery. Glorify will send a balance-payment notice at least fourteen (14) calendar days before the stated due date and will provide a seven (7) calendar-day grace period. Your US $99 deposit does not by itself authorize a later automatic charge; any later charge requires the payment authorization presented with the balance-payment request.
4. Delivery Estimate: The final Glorify Ring is not in stock. Glorify expects the first 10,000 final Ring orders to arrive before Christmas 2026, subject to timely size confirmation, balance payment, production, certification, customs, carrier, supported-country, verification, and legal requirements. This is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date, unless checkout or a written order update expressly states otherwise.
5. Supported Destinations: Deposit pre-orders are currently accepted only for eligible delivery addresses in the United States, Canada excluding the Province of Québec, and Mexico, subject to checkout eligibility and applicable law.
6. Certification Conditions: Final sale and shipment depend on applicable certification and import requirements. Canadian deposit pre-orders will not be accepted until applicable ISED requirements to offer the Ring for sale are satisfied; Mexican shipment depends on applicable homologation, labeling, and marking requirements.
7. Free Sizing Kit: A Free Sizing Kit, if selected, is a complimentary sizing aid only. It does not count as shipment of the final Glorify Ring, does not reduce the US $99 deposit, and does not reduce any cancellation or mandatory refund right. Availability remains subject to the Fair Use Policy and reasonable anti-abuse limits.
8. Cancellation Refund: You may cancel before the final Glorify Ring ships and receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the US $99 deposit and any balance already paid, subject to fraud, chargeback, and payment-risk review only where permitted by law. If you do not pay the balance by the deadline after the grace period, Glorify may cancel the order and refund the deposit.
9. Delay Rights: If Glorify cannot meet the applicable shipment or delivery estimate, Glorify will provide the notice, revised timing, consent option, cancellation right, and prompt refund required by applicable law.
10. Regional Rights: Country-specific mandatory consumer rights remain available. Mexico transaction disclosures will be presented in Spanish as required. Dispute-resolution terms vary by region; review the Terms of Service before placing a deposit pre-order.
